Enjoy music, b-ball at PSU Schuylkill

The fall semester concludes by mid-December, but there is still one more chance to experience live music on campus. There are also three more opportunities to support Penn State Schuylkill’s basketball teams on their home court.

Midday Music Series – The fall Midday Music series closes with a live performance by Nigerian-born Nelson Emokpae on Thursday, Dec. 3 at noon in the Hidden Stream Café. Emokpae, whose stage name is Nelly’s Echo, will be playing an hour of free music. His music can be previewed at myspace.com/nellysecho.

Athletic Competitions – Penn State Schulylkill’s men’s and women’s basketball teams play three home games in December. On Saturday, Dec. 5 at 6:00 p.m., the PSU men’s and women’s teams will take on PSU Fayette. On Friday, Dec. 11 they compete with PSU Beaver at 6:00 p.m. and at 1:00 p.m. on December 12 they play against PSU New Kensignton. Admission is $4 or free with any student I.D.
